We do acknowledge that Sandy has not looked after our property for all this time but without her support and hard work  (beyond the call of duty ) in the past several months we may have buckled and sold the property. Sandra Pitman has been our property manager through First National Real Estate Burton Groves for over four years.  We have been with the company for around ten years. Sandra looks after the six residential properties we own. Without doubt Sandra is the best and most efficient property manager we have had. Sandra looks after the interests of the owner/landlord whilst dealing with the tenants in a firm but fair manner.  Tenants who previously had caused problems have had both their rights and obligations made clear to them and they no longer are a problem. When selecting new tenants Sandra is thorough and efficient, new tenants who have commenced occupation of our properties through Sandra are good tenants. Communication between Sandra and the property owner is excellent, Sandra is readily available and keeps us informed.

You are a very proficient business couple who were always available, even when you went on holiday.
